Grammy brought an entire suitcase of things we'd been missing: fish crackers, craisins, and LOTS of chocolate!!!! We devoured a 5 lb back of chocolates in one week. Mmmmm.
We went horseback riding in the mountains and it was beautiful! They let each of the kids ride their own horse, even Lincoln as a 5 year old! He did so well, even up the steep hills! When I climbed on my horse the guide said, "He is not loco. He's ok." But he seemed super skittish and when we all started on the trail, mine started running away and I couldn't get him to stop! The guides were yelling, "Senora! Senora!" I finally stopped the crazy horse and the guide switched me. He struggled with the horse the whole rest of the tour and I'm so glad we traded!
Eliza rode with Adam and was in HEAVEN!!! This whole trip has been amazing for her because there are pastures everywhere, so we get to see horses and cows all during our long drives. She LOVES farm animals and I think I hit the 1 million mark on singing "Old McDonald Had a Farm."
We had a gorgeous view at the top!
